Siam Consulting offers you its import service for the equipment you wish to import.
We have two distinct types of service:
- The dedicated service that can also be called standard service. It is free and associated with a sourcing mission because: it is a series product that does not require modification.
- The “One-time service” service is a service for prospects or products already in the process of being imported, such as: Evaluation of a company, production control, one-off sourcing, export, etc.
Dedicated service: the standard service
Our dedicated service or standard service is notably included in our sourcing missions. When the mission is related to mass-produced products and does not require any modification, this service is free.
We only take into account for this service standard products, above all exported by our Forwader.
These services(*) include:
- The “Dedicated” research of your potential future partners, to obtain detailed and optimal price offers, now negotiated and validated.
- The implementation of your “Sale confirmation” which is in fact the order form for your products.
- All the procedures related to customs clearance, and the verification of your load before its export to its final destination (Packing list, CE and ROHS certificate, etc.)
- Transport and handling (**) to the customer’s port of destination.

Punctual service delivery
We propose to intervene punctually for your requests above all on the technical and administrative level.
Generally our interventions break down as follows:
- Sourcing of specific manufacturers on a known product or to be manufactured (new concept of article) and on the conditions of all the tariff, volumetric and conformity stages, commercial packaging, and obtaining a cost price. Case of a market study.
- Quality Control. Compliance with the conditions of your order and the specifications of your product before its manufacture. Administrative control, container counting and inspection, etc. The various control points are determined by the Customer in collaboration with our CDC services (Specifications).
- Evaluation of a company Administrative and technical verification and evaluation of a prospect or known company which already imports your products, visit and evaluation of laboratories and workshops. Evaluation of its human and technical resources.
