This service represents the process in theory facilitates and secures the flow of goods in Europe and internationally.
These procedures result in the establishment and generation of customs declarations and hence the preparation of accompanying documents.
We are therefore going to approach and describe to you our services offering import your products transport and customs documents in order to export your product to its final destination.
Some documents are necessary for the carrier of your cargo such as, firstly the Purchase Order, Packing list, etc… In addition we will review the last two operations before receiving your load.
Clearance
We are not going to go into the complete customs clearance procedure, but in a lightened way in the commitment of the process for your import products transport customs
The international purchase order is used by the customs authorities to determine the different articles exported and to define the import category.
This category is classified by an “HS” code (which means Harmonized system “HS” in English or “SH” in French système harmonisé) which is an international recognition code.
Thanks to this code, your freight forwarder will be able to clearly identify the customs duty and the security standards.
The different “HS” codes give a precise indication of the exact nature of an imported product.

Used by import/export companies and in international development, an “HS” code appears in all documentation.
Globally harmonized, “HS” codes facilitate shipping procedures in three ways:
- allow customs authorities to determine the taxes due according to the type of goods;
- allow customs authorities to verify that the movement of goods is authorized within the territory;
- allowing the administration of the territory to enrich its statistical data on imported goods.
- Good to know: “HS” codes are managed by the International Convention on the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System.

Transportation
Sometimes and for technical reasons, the generated volume is unknown before the end of the manufacturing process, so you must decide about the transport possibilities.
It is therefore a question of having a detailed estimate concerning the transport of your goods, before it is exported.
There are therefore two pricing options from which you will have to choose (if we take the case of a single item):
Delivery to the destination port of your cargo. In this case you will have to pay VAT on collection.
You will ask to be delivered directly to your local. In this case the customs service will send you the VAT to be paid.
Delivery to the port or to your hall
Siam Consulting through its freight forwarders will ensure delivery to you regardless of the delivery ports, or directly to your premises.
The standard transport service offer includes all the customs documents to import from China to Europe with all these regulatory import standards. The cargo (or your load) will remain at the port of delivery awaiting payment of your import VAT.
We can, if you wish, arrange for the delivery of your cargo to your local (additional quotes by the same carrier)
In any case, it is necessary for the carrier to have all the documents ready before arrival in the country of importation, and also for your business accounting.
