Administrative control
The success of your relationship with your suppliers in Asia is linked as soon as you are there.

The administrative control consists in verifying in particular and to avoid surprises that all the administrative documents of the company are well drafted and that the company has no hidden legal concerns.
Note that, before confirming a purchase order, make sure that the company will issue all the documents for the export of your item (compliance documents)
Information on imported product
It is necessary to rely on the CDG specifications ( model ) of the product and the order form and its terms and technical and specific information.
To begin with, the quality control of your import from China, this technical manufacturing check presents two very distinct cases:

Standard product and our service

Standard products manufactured by companies only generate a very classic quality control of their import from China and only includes a few details.
Companies with their own manufacturing and packaging process will not really want to modify their product, except in the following two cases:
- by a simple intervention (like sticker or others but without modification of the design and the shape)
- in the event of a particularly interesting MOQ which, despite everything, must be negotiated.
The essential checks in the case of standard and series products are therefore:
- Pricing.
- Process for issuing or exporting products – Packaging.

- Manufacturing terms and lead time.
- Quantity of manufacture (large series and the fact that the number of articles in manufacture is important, an acceptable defect quota is applied)
- General appearance corresponding to the final product.

Personalized packaging
The personalized packaging of your product must be verified with the design described in the specifications. It must be able to adapt to a certain quantity of product per pallet, or even a certain quantity of items per box. Under these conditions, the pre-calculated volume for its export improves the product/volume ratio and therefore the cost price.

The personalized product
The respect of the control quality and the follow-up of your specifications of your product import in the case of personalized product
In the case of personalized product or article design with a new design, already certain operations are to be taken into account to finalize its project. This type of project is carried out on request of service.
The project is shaped in several preliminary stages, in particular (example with a simple project):
- First, and very often we start with a photo that we will model in 3D version.
- Starting from the modeling, we will create a product with a 3D printer.
- Waiting for your approval (usually the 3D product needs to be determined after three copies)
- The 3D printed product (thus approved by the Customer) will be negotiated a manufacturing cost and therefore the final cost of the product.
- Implementation of commercial packaging, instructions for use, presentation blister..
- Knowledge of the cost of the packaging and therefore of the total cost of the finished product.
- Final cost as well as the list of technical possibilities offered to the Customer.
Following all these various and preparatory operations, we are then at the beginning of the so-called “mass” production.
